ParcelCirq collects information you provide, shipment and trip details, recipient details where needed for a match, and technical information needed to operate the service.

We use this information to create accounts, match packages with trips, process payments, support communication, verify pickup and delivery, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

When users are matched, ParcelCirq may share limited information between the sender and traveler needed to complete the shipment. Recipient information is protected until a match and the applicable payment conditions are satisfied.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records, and comply with law. We may also keep security and fraud-prevention logs.
