Acceptance of terms
By using ParcelCirq, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced in the app and on the public site.
Marketplace role
ParcelCirq provides technology that helps senders connect with independent travelers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ParcelCirq does not itself transport packages and is not a common carrier.
Sender responsibilities
Senders must provide accurate package descriptions, declared value, route information, and any other details requested before a match is accepted.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers must only accept packages they are comfortable carrying, follow handoff instructions, and confirm pickup and delivery in the app.
Receiver responsibilities
Receivers may need to verify themselves or use a delivery confirmation flow when ParcelCirq requires it for a matched shipment.
Payments and fees
Senders complete payment before pickup. Any applicable service fees are shown before confirmation. Traveler payout eligibility depends on the current payment and delivery workflow in the app.
Pickup and delivery confirmation
Pickup is confirmed with a secure code and delivery is confirmed through the application process available for the shipment.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellations and withdrawals may require reasons. ParcelCirq may review disputes, investigate activity, and determine whether any refund or adjustment applies under the applicable policies.
